| I took my car in for one problem but found out there were several problems. In other words, my car was not safe to drive. Thanks to the honest people working at European Auto Tech my car was made safe to drive again. |

| After taking my daughters Mercedes in for service I was very satisfied with the professional work they performed they kept me in the loop of any changes and explained in detail all other issues they found. I will be a lifetime customer not only because they do excellent work but after meeting the owner and his staff I?m convinced you won?t find a better shop with better people in this city. | Your Services are excellent with no need for improvement. Thank you. Also, it?s not Your fault that Mercedes Benz AKA (NS Group) manufactures parts that are made of Velveeta Cheese Food and Boogers, then turns around to sell them to You for a Premium Price of which You have no choice but to pass on to the customer. |

| HIGHLY recommend this place. The team were wonderful from the front desk, to the owner, to even the shuttle driver and of course the technicians. I had an issue with my M3, went to the dealership, paid for a diagnostic, and got slapped with an extortionate quote. Of course, it's to be expected at the dealer, but I wasn't sure just how over the top it was. I reached out to these guys for a comparison quote, paid for an initial diagnostic and then got told that quite a pricey additional test would need to be done to determine just what was wrong. I asked them for a $ range of what would be expected and they provided a worst case scenario quote that was still much much lower than the dealership. After the additional test, the quote dropped even lower, and it was determined that the part didn't need to get completely replaced (as the dealership would have done). It has been a couple weeks since coming in, and the car is running well. Zero complaints. Trustworthy people, fair pricing as far as luxury cars go, great customer service. |

| European Auto is my go-to place for care for my 16 Jetta Sport. Over the years that I have had work on my cars done here, I've come to know almost everyone. the estimates for maintenance, or the odd repair, are always spot on. timing is always a factor as I usually wait while the service is performed. it's rare that the work exceeds the time allotted. My Jetta is always clean and shiny, fresh from the car wash and ready to go. My hat is off to all, John, Dana, Linda and Jeff. I encourage anyone with a European auto, who is looking for the best shop in Tucson, to stop by just to say hello. you will be glad you did. |

| Linda helped me when I first arrived in Tucson, with my 328d, which was at another shop. She followed through with valuable information that got my car back on the road. Since then this is my mechanic shop. They are great! Professional, thorough, reasonable and all around nice people! Look no further, this should be your European repair shop! |

| Just in for 100k mile service on my 2015 BMW X5 diesel. Once again I was in a hurry to get it done as we had a family trip to Vegas planned for the following weekend. I had put off making the appointment but EAT was able to squeeze me in. As always, service was completed quickly and for a lot less than I was expecting to pay. |
