Euro Auto Tech has been servicing my BMW 325Ci since 2011. They have always done, as best I can tell, excellent work on my car. I have tried other shops, over the years, and they were all okay, but I decided on Euro because of overall excellence, convenience to my work, shuttle service, nice shop, and the friendliness of the people working there. |

In general very satisfied with work But this last visit was disappointing due to damaging window tinting while repairing window mechanism. |

Took my 2012 Land Rover in for front brakes. Car was done on time, however the brakes squeaked terribly when driving away. Immediately returned with the vehicle. They kept it overnice and redid the brakes. When picking it up the second time, they were perfect. Would go back in the future |

The service is prompt and they work around your schedule. The shuttle service is a great plus as well. They are honest and straightforward about the work you need to have done very soon but some of their recommendations for work that is needed but mot urgent is not always necessary, or as pressing as they suggest. |

I know you have the technology to scan a SmartEV but, I wish you would have told me that you couldn't fix a high voltage battery for whatever problem you discovered. It cost me an extra $275 to tow the car to you and then to MB because of it. |
Shop Comment We got this car in as an unknown start problem. We called the closest Dealer for stock on a main battery. The battery was back ordered 8 months out. We had no choice but to recommend it go to the Dealer to sort out. I would think the customer would be better served by a towing package included as part of the service package on these electric vehicles. |

Simple fix had to cause me to return three times. I ordered a spare key and after trying to program it 3 times I had to go to the dealer. |
Shop Comment The customer was here once to get his new key programmed to operate remote locking system. We did that as well as verifying that that key would start his car. He called back later saying that his car would not start. He came back a second time for us to see what was going on. His new key did start the car but there was a warning light indicating a problem with the key/alarm system. Unfortunately this was proprietary theft relevant software not available to aftermarket that only the Dealer could remedy. The customer was given a full refund for the work that we did. |
