Even after informing the staff that I was receiving emails reminding me of service that has already been performed, I continue to receive them. FAIL! The extra overhead that has accumulated at this business over the last few years and it's inefficiency means I will no longer be their customer.

We did change software companies because of glitches on interpreting needed service. The customer would never have gotten unneeded service because we always check the actual service history before work is performed. I would have to disagree on the low marks for professionalism, friendliness and work quality. I think this was more in line with falling short on accuracy. I intend to resolve that.

Vehicle sat on the lot for a week without a phone call. Technician ran a basic computer diagnosis and then my car just sat on the lot. No follow up. If you need someone to read a scanner - go to Pep Boys. If your need a mechanic to trouble shoot your engine go somewhere else.

We were very busy that week. The customer was told that upfront. It required more time set aside than a simple code check. The customer was kept in the loop that week. He did not want to wait to get the car looked at and removed the car.

Very poor experience This shop was extremely irritated with giving me an estimate of repair needed for my car. I would rate a negative 1. Took my car to another shop and got an estimate for 1/3rd price of this shop estimated

The customer had just bought this car without a pre-purchase inspection. The engine literally was caked up, covered in dirt and oil. It was leaking all over the place. We told the customer it would have to be steam cleaned then run to tell where the leaks were coming from. This would be the only way to get an accurate estimate. He did not want to hear that. He asked for an estimate for worst case scenario. We gave him what he asked for.

The office manager had major attitude. Didn't make me feel valued or welcome at all. Seemed to be really crabby and in a rush to get out of there. They use the old bait and switch sales tactic where they told me initially the diagnostic test will cost $50 but could potentially cost up to $100. After a lengthy explanation from Linda why I could be charged up to $100 for the diagnostic work, I accepted that I would have to pay up to $100 depending on what codes come up. So I get a call the next morning from Linda explaining that the diagnostic work is going to be $300! I complained right away and reminded her she said I would pay $100 at the most for this diagnostic work. She immediately knocked $100 off that quote and said it would be $200 instead. I was angry, frustrated, and confused but needed to get my wife's BMW fixed so I was still going to consider getting it fixed through them at this point. She told me what they thought the problem was and how much it would cost, which was almost $900. The problem I had with that was not the amount they quoted, but that Linda said it wouldn't guarantee that the problem would be fixed completely. That's when I told Linda that I would just come get my wife's car. After giving them the benefit of the doubt several times I could no longer trust them. This was perhaps the worst experience I've had with any customer service department. I'm going to report this experience to the Better Business Bureau.

Mr Mcdowell's complaint was that he failed emissions for a check engine light. Our basic charge for sorting out an unknown problem is approximately $50.00 to $100.00. This includes a scan which may point directly at an obvious problem like a faulty sensor. That would be the $50.00 charge. If the scan data indicated that the problem was not cut and dry like Mr. McDowell?s car was, there could be additional testing time. He had fuel trims that were exceeded. We had to charge a bit more to test the system to see why this was occurring. It was traced down to a faulty crankcase vent valve, torn upper and lower air mass meter boots. Due to the complex nature of the cars today, we never guarantee that the check engine light will be fixed until the car is driven with enough time for the car's computer to stabilize fuel adaptions to to normal operating parameters. We gave Mr. McDowell an estimate for those repairs which included clearing the faults and extended test drive to see that there was no longer a check engine light coming on .This is done on every car. We have close to 100 percent no comebacks using this method. After telling Mr. McDowell that we would not guarantee the car was fixed until we drove it and these adaptions stabilized, He chose to take the car and not have any of the work that he needed done. He was always treated with respect throughout this process.

After the initial estimate they asked if I was ok with that price to have my car running, I said ok. Once they were finished they let me know there were more problems and wouldnt run unless I was ok with the doubled price to fix it.. again. After agreeing with that doubled price they finished about 6 days later and again, informed me there was another issue that would be another couple hundred to solve. After having suspicions I disagreed with letting them do more work on it and even after the mechanics recommendation of not driving my car runs fine. I am convinced they were looking for anything wrong with it and telling me it wouldnt run unless I had them work on it. Also not once have I had a check engine light on my car until both times it was released from this mechanic shop at 130k miles. Pretty disappointed.

The customer stated his car overheated and he was in no hurry to get the car back. The check engine light was on. Scanning the system showed codes and an issue with a temperature sensor in the cooling system. The coolant reservoir was empty and corroded. The system was full of rusty coolant. The pressure cap was no good. The first step was to replace those items that were obvious and flush the cooling system so we could properly pressure check it and bring it up to operating temperature-checking for any other issues. There were two hoses that were leaking. Customer agreed to replace them. After removing the throttle body to replace the coolant hoses, we pressure tested again leaving the system under pressure overnight. The system held pressure with no visible signs of leaks. With no visible leaks and the cooling system properly filled, we were ok to start the car and monitor. The engine started to run hot. The mechanical fan clutch was weak, the electric fan was inoperative. The customer decided to pick up his car without doing anything else to resolve the overheating problem. Problems such as this are sometimes frustrating because they require a sequence of steps and checks to get to a fix.

Car runs worse than when I brought it in. Additionally, I have had to make additional repairs/replace parts that were working when the car was brought in.
