| I always get great service from these guys! Had a problem with my aftermarket stereo after pack rats got under the hood. It wasn't related, but they spent some time looking. A few weeks later the alternator went out and when I got it back, the stereo was working again. Saved me a trip to the audio installer and a diagnostic fee. Thanks, guys! |

| The staff was excellent, second to none. Dana, whom handled my work order, needs a special thanks. She was very receptive to my vehicles issue, being knowledgeable and professional in taking my work order. Dana explained the car would be checked, items needing attention documented, an estimate would be provided as soon as possible. When I received the estimate via phone, Dana went over all issues and even sent photos showing an additional problem I was not aware of. She had also done the ground work, in providing warranty information and a contact name at the MINI dealer, in order to complete my vehicles repairs. I appreciate the attention to detail, promptness and support. Thank you Dana!!! |
