| I moved to Tucson 5 years ago from out of state. When I needed the first repair (a mechanical failure, not routine maintenance)on my BMW I went to European Auto Tech not knowing what to expect. I have not let any other shop touch my car since. They are candid and thoroughly explain the scope of the necessary repair. The repairs are done right the first time in a timely manner. They have been very accommodating with their shuttle service to minimize the frustrating inconvenience of the entire process. If you're new in town, make them your first choice. |

| Very professional. I went in to get a light bulb changed on my BMW. As it turns out it required a new casing (or something). It was sticker shock from what I expected. They prpinted a work order with the pricing and said it would take a couple of days to order. I went to 2 other shops that were more expensive and not as professional. European fixed it in 20 minutes. |

| I was a Service Manager for the local Honda dealer and my Brother owns his own very successful independent repair shop so I have lot's of experience but I can't repair cars. I found your shop very easy to deal with from the online appointment system to the call back from your shop. The follow up needed for the appointment was done both timely and professionally. Then came the work. Honest, reasonable, and also very timely. I was quoted over $150 to diagnose an A/C issue but was only charged for the time the Tech spent, $50. I would recommend your team anytime and I will return. |

| I freakin love this shop. An absolutely outstanding experience all around. I really appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment, how I received photos of each recommended repair item through email quotes and estimates, and how quick the service was completed. The prices were great, the staff was great, and I've found a new home for my car service. If you love your car, don't bother going anywhere else. I'm actually looking forward to having more service done on my 550i by European Autotech. |
